4. Legal bases for processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent, including for optional analytics or advertising technologies where consent is required.
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, such as reviewing an application for a Strategy Session.
- Performance of a contract, including processing needed to provide services you purchase.
- Legal obligations, including accounting, tax and record-keeping requirements.
- Legitimate interests, where appropriate, including operating and securing the business, responding to communications and improving our services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Cookiebot to manage cookie and tracking preferences.
Necessary technologies may operate without optional consent where they are required for the website to function. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are used according to the consent choices available through our cookie banner.
We currently use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to help measure website usage and the performance of our client acquisition journey. Google Consent Mode is used to communicate your consent choices to supported Google services.
You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings control available on the website.
6. Forms
We use Tally to provide application and intake forms. Information you enter into those forms may be processed by Tally on our behalf so that we can review applications, prepare for sessions and deliver our services.
7. Payments
Payments are processed using Stripe. Stripe processes payment information required to complete the transaction.
Magín Studios may receive transaction information such as your name, email address, payment status, amount and transaction reference. Full payment card details are handled through Stripe's payment systems rather than collected directly through this website.
